  This glasses is very convenient because you can adjust lens prescription by yourself whenever, wherever you want. The operating principle of this glasses is very simple. If you want to adjust your own vision, you turn the dial at the end of the arms to pump more or less silicone oil into the lenses. The vision is changed by the thickness of lenses. Therefore, you can get your glasses by yourself without visiting optical store or going to see a doctor.  In addition, the silicone oil cannot be easily evaporated, so that it can be used continuously whenever your vision changes once you buy it.

  Additionally, this glasses is also economic because it is inexpensive. This glasses were invented to help people who cannot get access to eyecare in developing countries. They have lived on roughly two dollars a day or less. For these people, the common prices of glasses are too expensive to buy glasses even though they have many troubles because of bad eyesight. Especially, in cased of children, this problem can become fatal. If they wouldn’t see anything because of their bad eyesight, they can’t study, which causes them to not be able to participate the society. It leads to decrease the quality of life for individuals as well as for countries. However, Adspecs is more inexpensive than other general glasses. This price of Adspecs is 15 dollars for each one. In fact, this price still is not cheap for people living in developing countries. Therefore, the inventor, professor Joshua are constantly working to find how to lower the price and CVDW also tried to lower the price by growth of production scale.

  To sum up, the invention of self- adjustable glasses have a good impact on our life because it can make people adjust lenses to your vision by yourself whenever your vision changes without optical doctor or optical store. Also, low price is the advantage of this product, especially for people who cannot get their own glasses in developing countries.
